Okay which of ya idiots 'round here was tapping into the Azure Flames? That stuff's not meant for any sorcerer or whatever ta go mucking 'round in. It's late morning. The sun is shining, and there is a man on foot in Domino, cursing 'damned brats' and 'I left my bike in an intentionally safe place with boring people'. He's maybe investigating screams somewhere, that sound like a man being thrown through the sky. Or maybe he's just lost. The city got bigger and weirder since the last time he was here.

Yeah the Tower thing's a mess all on it's own. It doesn't help that until it was all handled, apparently it was. Age restricted on if you could even approach it??

Doesn't help that regulation is a joke right now. The country's government's in constant collapse, and I feel like every couple of weeks I see news about someone having to step down due to various problems.
